Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp dried Greek oregano
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a bowl, toss potato wedges with olive oil, oregano, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  5. Sprinkle with lemon juice before serving.
