Description
Crispy and flavorful Greek-style potato wedges made with oregano and lemon in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes, cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp dried Greek oregano
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
- In a bowl, toss potato wedges with olive oil, oregano, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Sprinkle with lemon juice before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak potato wedges in cold water for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve with tzatziki or a yogurt dip.
