Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for coating)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
- Lightly coat the patties with olive oil.
- Place the patties in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 10 minutes, flip, then cook for another 5-7 minutes or until fully cooked.
- Serve hot with your favorite sides.
