Description

Hawaiian Roll Cheeseburger Sliders are a delicious twist on classic sliders. They combine juicy ground beef, melted cheese, and sweet Hawaiian rolls for a crowd-pleasing appetizer or main dish.


Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Slice Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected.
  2. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Drain excess fat.
  3. Place bottom half of rolls in a baking dish. Layer cooked beef evenly over rolls.
  4. Add cheese slices on top of the beef, then cover with top half of rolls.
  5. Mix melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar. Brush mixture over rolls.
  6. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top if desired. Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese melts.
  7. Slice into individual sliders and serve warm.

  • Use any cheese you prefer, such as American or Swiss.
  • Add pickles or caramelized onions for extra flavor.
