Hawaiian Roll Cheeseburger Sliders are a delicious twist on classic sliders. They combine juicy ground beef, melted cheese, and sweet Hawaiian rolls for a crowd-pleasing appetizer or main dish.
Ingredients
- 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls
- 1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 6 slices cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Slice Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected.
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Drain excess fat.
- Place bottom half of rolls in a baking dish. Layer cooked beef evenly over rolls.
- Add cheese slices on top of the beef, then cover with top half of rolls.
- Mix melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar. Brush mixture over rolls.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top if desired. Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese melts.
- Slice into individual sliders and serve warm.
Notes
- Use any cheese you prefer, such as American or Swiss.
- Add pickles or caramelized onions for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
