Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes, cut into wedges

- 1 tbsp Herbes de Provence
- 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
- Toss potato wedges with olive oil, Herbes de Provence, salt, and pepper.
