Ingredients

  • 1 cup liquid egg whites
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup shredded low-fat cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix egg whites, mozzarella, almond flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Spread the mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet in a thin circle.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes until firm.
  5. Remove from oven, add pizza sauce, cheese, and toppings.
