Ingredients
- 4 cod fillets (6 oz each)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Pat cod fillets dry with paper towels.
- Brush both sides with olive oil.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, and salt evenly over fillets.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes.
- Cook cod for 8-10 minutes until flaky.
Notes
- Check doneness with fork – fish should flake easily.
- Adjust cook time for thicker/thinner fillets.
- Serve with lemon wedges if desired.
