Description

Make lean turkey meatballs in your air fryer for a healthy, protein-packed meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Shape into 1-inch meatballs.
  4. Place meatballs in air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway.
  6. Check internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Serve hot.
