Description
Crispy and delicious air fryer egg rolls with a savory filling. Perfect as an appetizer or snack.
Ingredients
- 10 egg roll wrappers
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 lb ground pork or chicken
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and cook the ground meat until browned.
- Add cabbage, carrots, mushrooms, and green onions. Stir-fry for 3 minutes.
- Mix in soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger powder, and black pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Place 2 tbsp of filling onto each egg roll wrapper. Fold and seal with water.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Lightly brush egg rolls with oil.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, turning halfway, until golden brown and crisp.
- Serve hot with dipping sauce.
Notes
- Use a damp towel to keep wrappers from drying out.
- Adjust spices to your preference.
- For a vegetarian version, replace meat with tofu or extra veggies.
