Description

Crispy and delicious air fryer egg rolls with a savory filling. Perfect as an appetizer or snack.


Ingredients

  • 10 egg roll wrappers
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 lb ground pork or chicken
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and cook the ground meat until browned.
  2. Add cabbage, carrots, mushrooms, and green onions. Stir-fry for 3 minutes.
  3. Mix in soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger powder, and black pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Place 2 tbsp of filling onto each egg roll wrapper. Fold and seal with water.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Lightly brush egg rolls with oil.
  6. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, turning halfway, until golden brown and crisp.
  7. Serve hot with dipping sauce.

Notes

  • Use a damp towel to keep wrappers from drying out.
  • Adjust spices to your preference.
  • For a vegetarian version, replace meat with tofu or extra veggies.
