Description

Crispy fried ravioli bites made easily in the air fryer for a quick appetizer or snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 package (12 oz) cheese ravioli
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, whisk egg and water.
  4. Dip each ravioli in the egg mixture, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place ravioli in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  7. Serve warm with marinara sauce.

Notes

  • Use frozen or fresh ravioli—no need to thaw.
  • Avoid overcrowding the air fryer for even cooking.
