Crispy, juicy drumsticks glazed with a sweet and savory honey garlic sauce, cooked to perfection in the air fryer.
Ingredients
- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
- Pat the drumsticks dry and rub them with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Place the drumsticks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12 minutes, then flip and cook for another 12 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes.
- Brush the glaze over the drumsticks and air fry for 2 more minutes.
- Serve hot with extra glaze on the side.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, pat the drumsticks dry before seasoning.
- Adjust cooking time based on drumstick size.
