Description
Soft and fluffy dinner rolls with a sweet honey butter glaze, made easily in your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp active dry yeast
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup warm milk
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp butter (for brushing)
Instructions
- Mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
- Add warm milk and melted butter. Stir until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 5 minutes until smooth.
- Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
- Divide dough into 8 pieces and shape into rolls.
- Place rolls in the air fryer basket. Cook at 350°F for 10 minutes.
- Brush with honey butter while warm.

- Ensure milk is warm, not hot, to activate yeast.
- Let rolls rest before cooking for a fluffier texture.
