Description
Crispy, juicy chicken drumsticks coated in a sweet and savory honey garlic glaze, cooked perfectly in the air fryer.
Ingredients
- 6 chicken drumsticks
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
- Pat drumsticks dry and rub with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Place drumsticks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12 minutes, flip, then cook another 10 minutes.
- Mix garlic, honey, soy sauce, and vinegar in a bowl.
- Brush glaze onto drumsticks and cook 3 more minutes.
- Serve hot.

- Use a meat thermometer to check internal temperature (165°F/74°C).
- Adjust cooking time if drumsticks are larger.
