Description
Crispy honey garlic wings made in the air fryer. A perfect mix of sweet and savory flavors with minimal effort.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
- Pat dry the wings with paper towels.
- Toss wings with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Arrange wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 22-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.
- While wings cook, mix honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and rice vinegar in a small pan.
- Simmer sauce for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Toss cooked wings in the honey garlic sauce.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
Notes
- Dry the wings well for crispier results.
- Adjust spice level with more or less red pepper flakes.
- Serve immediately to maintain crispiness.
