Description

Ingredients

  • 200g mixed salad greens
  • 100g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 50g black olives
  • 50g green olives
  • 100g mozzarella balls
  • 50g salami, sliced
  • 50g roasted red peppers, sliced
  • 30g fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the salad greens.
  2. Combine greens, tomatoes, olives, mozzarella, salami, and peppers in a large bowl.
  3. Tear basil leaves and add to the bowl.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  5. Toss gently to coat.
