Description
Crispy potato wedges seasoned with Italian herbs and cooked in an air fryer for a healthier twist.
Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes (cut into wedges)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, thyme, rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check for crispness and cook for 2-3 more minutes if needed.
- Serve warm.

- Cut potatoes evenly for uniform cooking.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
