Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 4 brioche buns
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 2 sliced tomatoes
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
- Rub the chicken thighs with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- Toast the brioche buns lightly.
- Spread mayonnaise on the buns.
- Place the cooked chicken thighs on the buns.
- Top with shredded lettuce and sliced tomatoes.
- Serve immediately.

- Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken reaches 165°F.
- You can add cheese if desired.
