Description

A crispy, cheesy grilled cheese sandwich with a tangy kimchi twist, made quickly in the air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup kimchi, drained and chopped
  • 1 tbsp butter, softened


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Butter one side of each bread slice.
  3. Place one slice butter-side down in the air fryer basket.
  4. Layer cheese and kimchi on the bread.
  5. Top with the second slice, butter-side up.
  6. Air fry for 5-6 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  7. Let cool for 1 minute before slicing.
