Description
A crispy, cheesy grilled cheese sandwich with a tangy kimchi twist, made quickly in the air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup kimchi, drained and chopped
- 1 tbsp butter, softened
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Butter one side of each bread slice.
- Place one slice butter-side down in the air fryer basket.
- Layer cheese and kimchi on the bread.
- Top with the second slice, butter-side up.
- Air fry for 5-6 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Let cool for 1 minute before slicing.
Notes
- Use sturdy bread like sourdough for best results.
- Adjust kimchi quantity to taste.
- For extra crispiness, spray the bread lightly with oil.
