Description
A spicy and flavorful pizza topped with Korean gochujang sauce, vegetables, and optional protein.
Ingredients
- 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/4 cup gochujang paste
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup sliced onions
- 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup cooked chicken or tofu (optional)
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
- Mix gochujang, soy sauce, and honey in a bowl.
- Spread the sauce evenly over the pizza dough.
- Sprinkle cheese over the sauce.
- Add bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, and protein if using.
- Drizzle with sesame oil and sprinkle sesame seeds.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until crust is golden.
Notes
- Adjust gochujang for desired spice level.
- Use gluten-free dough if needed.
