Description

A spicy and flavorful pizza topped with Korean gochujang sauce, vegetables, and optional protein.


Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/4 cup gochujang paste
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup sliced onions
  • 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup cooked chicken or tofu (optional)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
  3. Mix gochujang, soy sauce, and honey in a bowl.
  4. Spread the sauce evenly over the pizza dough.
  5. Sprinkle cheese over the sauce.
  6. Add bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, and protein if using.
  7. Drizzle with sesame oil and sprinkle sesame seeds.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes until crust is golden.
