Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pizza dough (or homemade)
  • 1 cup labneh (Levantine yogurt cheese)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup black olives, sliced


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Roll out pizza dough on a baking sheet.
  3. Mix labneh with minced garlic, salt, and pepper, then spread evenly over the dough.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Top with cherry tomatoes, olives, and chili flakes if using.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until crust is golden.
  7. Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh mint and parsley.
  8. Slice and serve immediately.
