Ingredients

  • 500g white fish fillets, cut into strips
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp dried dill
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Mix breadcrumbs, dill, lemon zest, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Dip fish strips in flour, then egg, then breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place coated strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
