Ingredients
- 500g white fish fillets, cut into strips
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp dried dill
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Mix breadcrumbs, dill, lemon zest, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Dip fish strips in flour, then egg, then breadcrumb mixture.
- Place coated strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
