Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes, cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 4 cloves black garlic, minced
- 10 fresh sage leaves
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss potato wedges with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread wedges on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
- While wedges bake, fry sage leaves in a small pan until crispy, then set aside.
- Once wedges are done, top with minced black garlic, crispy sage, sour cream, and Parmesan.
- Serve immediately.
