Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 4 cloves black garlic, minced
  • 10 fresh sage leaves
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss potato wedges with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread wedges on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
