Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add milk and olive oil, stir until dough forms.
- Roll dough into small circles and place on a baking sheet.
- Spread tomato sauce on each mini pizza base.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, then add pepperoni and bell peppers.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until cheese melts and crust turns golden.
- Let cool, then store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
