Description
Crispy and flavorful drumsticks cooked in an air fryer with a sweet and tangy maple mustard BBQ glaze.
Ingredients
- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp BBQ sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F for 5 minutes.
- Pat drumsticks dry with paper towels.
- Mix maple syrup, mustard, BBQ sauce, olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Coat drumsticks evenly with the glaze.
- Place drumsticks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Check internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Serve warm.
