Crispy and flavorful air fryer wedges perfect for meal prep. Easy to make and great for snacks or sides.
Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Wash and cut potatoes into wedges.
- Soak wedges in cold water for 10 minutes, then pat dry.
- Toss wedges with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Let cool before storing in airtight containers for meal prep.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak potatoes longer or pat them very dry.
- Store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
- Reheat in the air fryer for best texture.
