Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Wash and cut potatoes into wedges.
  2. Soak wedges in cold water for 10 minutes, then pat dry.
  3. Toss wedges with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Arrange wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
