Ingredients
- 2 slices whole grain bread
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1 medium tomato, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
- Brush both sides of the bread slices with olive oil.
- Spread cottage cheese evenly on each slice.
- Top with tomato slices.
- Sprinkle salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Air fry for 5 minutes or until bread is crispy.
- Serve immediately.
