A quick and healthy Mediterranean-inspired tuna wrap packed with fresh flavors and simple ingredients.
Ingredients
- 2 cans (5 oz each) tuna in water, drained
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup diced cucumber
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup baby spinach
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix tuna, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, oregano, and black pepper.
- Add cucumber, red onion, and tomatoes. Stir gently.
- Lay out tortillas and divide spinach evenly among them.
- Spoon tuna mixture onto each tortilla.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll tightly.
- Cut in half and serve immediately.

- Use fresh lemon juice for the best flavor.
- Substitute Greek yogurt with mayo if preferred.
