Ingredients
- 3 large russet potatoes, cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your Ninja Air Fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, toss potato wedges with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
- Place wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for crispness and cook 2-3 more minutes if needed.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Do not overcrowd the basket for even cooking.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- For extra crispiness, soak potato wedges in cold water for 30 minutes before cooking and pat dry.
