Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix oat flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add almond butter, honey, egg, and vanilla extract. Stir well.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
  5. Scoop dough onto a lined baking sheet and flatten slightly.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden.
