Ingredients
- 2 cups oat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup warm water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix oat flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add olive oil and warm water, then stir until a dough forms.
- Roll the dough into a circle on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
- Add toppings and bake for another 10 minutes.
Notes
- For crispier crust, pre-bake for 15 minutes.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
