Description
A quick and healthy wrap filled with fresh vegetables, olives, and feta cheese.
Ingredients
- 2 large whole wheat tortillas
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced cucumbers
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface.
- Spread olive oil evenly over each tortilla.
- Sprinkle oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Layer lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, and feta cheese.
- Roll the tortillas tightly and slice in half.
- Serve immediately or wrap for later.

- Use Greek olives for extra flavor.
- Add grilled chicken for extra protein.
