Description

A quick and healthy wrap filled with fresh vegetables, olives, and feta cheese.


Ingredients

  • 2 large whole wheat tortillas
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced cucumbers
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface.
  2. Spread olive oil evenly over each tortilla.
  3. Sprinkle oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Layer lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, and feta cheese.
  5. Roll the tortillas tightly and slice in half.
