Description
Crispy herb-seasoned potato wedges cooked in an air fryer for a healthier twist.
Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Cut potatoes into wedges.
- Toss wedges with olive oil and seasonings.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Serve hot.

- Use russet or sweet potatoes.
