Description
Crispy and flavorful pasta chips made from cooked pasta, seasoned and baked until golden. A perfect snack or appetizer.
Ingredients
- 8 oz cooked pasta (any shape)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss cooked pasta with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Spread pasta evenly on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if using.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy and golden.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Use day-old pasta for best results.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Serve with marinara sauce or ranch dressing for dipping.
