Description
Crispy and flavorful chicken wings brined in pickle juice and cooked in an air fryer for a healthier twist.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1 cup pickle juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Place chicken wings in a bowl and cover with pickle juice. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Drain and pat wings dry with paper towels.
- Toss wings with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12 minutes, flip, then cook for another 10 minutes until crispy.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, let wings air-dry in the fridge for 30 minutes after brining.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
