Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup shelled pistachios, chopped
  • 1/4 cup dried pomegranate seeds
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, cream butter and sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in egg and vanilla extract.
  4. Mix flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture.
  6. Fold in white chocolate chips, pistachios, and pomegranate seeds.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
  9. Cool on wire rack before serving.
