Ingredients
- 200g tempeh
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice tempeh into thin chips.
- Toss tempeh with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
- Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until crisp.
- Cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
- For extra crispiness, bake for an additional 5 minutes.
- Try adding chili powder for a spicy kick.
