Description
Crispy prosciutto-wrapped asparagus bites made quickly in the air fryer.
Ingredients
- 12 asparagus spears, trimmed
- 6 slices prosciutto
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut prosciutto slices in half lengthwise.
- Wrap each asparagus spear with a prosciutto strip.
- Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with black pepper.
- Air fry for 6-8 minutes until prosciutto is crispy.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use thin asparagus for best results.
- Check at 6 minutes to prevent burning.
- Serve with dipping sauce if desired.
