Quick and easy mini pizzas made with puff pastry, perfect for a snack or appetizer.
Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut into small squares or circles.
- Spread tomato sauce evenly on each piece.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
- Add sliced pepperoni and a pinch of dried oregano and garlic powder.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the pastry is golden and crispy.
- Serve warm.

- You can customize toppings with vegetables, cooked chicken, or other cheeses.
- For a crispier crust, bake on a preheated baking sheet.
