Description
A simple and quick mozzarella melt made in the air fryer, perfect for a fast snack.
Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp butter, softened
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3 minutes.
- Butter one side of each bread slice.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on the unbuttered side of one slice.
- Place the second slice on top, buttered side facing out.
- Air fry for 4-5 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Flip halfway through for even cooking.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh mozzarella for better melt.
- Add sliced tomatoes or basil for extra flavor.
- Adjust cooking time based on air fryer model.
