Description
Crispy and flavorful mustard green fries made quickly in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 bunch mustard greens, stems removed and leaves torn into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, toss mustard greens with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
- Place greens in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until crispy.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket to ensure crispiness.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Best eaten fresh; they lose crispiness if stored.
