Quick and easy pigs in a blanket, perfect for holiday gatherings. These bite-sized snacks are made with mini sausages wrapped in flaky crescent dough.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent dough
  • 24 mini sausages or cocktail wieners
  • 1 egg (optional, for brushing)
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds or poppy seeds (optional)

  2. Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles. Cut each triangle into 3 smaller triangles.
  3. Place a mini sausage at the wide end of each dough triangle and roll it up.
  4. Arrange the wrapped sausages on the baking sheet. Brush with beaten egg (optional) and sprinkle with seeds (optional).
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
