Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken wings
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for crispiness)
Instructions
- Pat the chicken wings dry with a paper towel.
- In a bowl, mix teriyaki sauce, pineapple juice, soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger powder, and black pepper.
- Toss the wings in the marinade and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12 minutes, flip, then cook for another 12 minutes until crispy.
- Optional: Sprinkle with cornstarch before cooking for extra crispiness.
- Serve immediately with extra sauce if desired.
