A creamy and flavorful pasta salad with ranch dressing, perfect for picnics and gatherings.
Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta (rotini or penne)
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup bacon bits
- 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine pasta, ranch dressing, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, cheddar cheese, bacon bits, and black olives.
- Toss gently until all ingredients are evenly coated with dressing.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

- For extra flavor, add grilled chicken or shrimp.
- Use gluten-free pasta if needed.
