Description
A delicious fusion of red velvet cake and cheesecake in brownie form.
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp red food coloring
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- Whisk flour, cocoa powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Mix melted butter and sugar in another bowl. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla and food coloring.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients. Spread batter in the pan.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth. Drop spoonfuls over brownie batter.
- Swirl with a knife. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Cool completely before cutting.

- Use room temperature ingredients for even mixing.
- Check doneness with a toothpick—it should come out with moist crumbs.
