Ingredients

  • 1 cup Arborio rice
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pre-made pizza crust
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté onion and garlic until soft.
  2. Add Arborio rice and stir for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Gradually add vegetable broth, stirring constantly until the rice is creamy and cooked.
  4. Stir in Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.
