Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Mix vinegar, water, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Add wings to the mixture and marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Drain wings and pat dry with paper towels.
- Toss wings with olive oil and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Serve hot with extra vinegar for dipping.
