Delicious mushrooms stuffed with a savory crab mixture, perfect for appetizers or a light meal.
Ingredients
- 12 large mushrooms
- 1 cup crab meat
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Remove stems from mushrooms and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Parmesan, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Fill each mushroom cap with the crab mixture.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use fresh crab for best flavor.
- Add a dash of lemon juice for extra zest.
- Can substitute crab with imitation crab if needed.
