Ingredients

  • 2 large potatoes
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 1 small beet
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C)
  2. Cut potatoes, carrots, and beets into wedge shapes
  3. Toss wedges with olive oil and spices
  4. Arrange in single layer in air fryer basket
  5. Cook for 15 minutes, flip halfway
  6. Cook 5-10 more minutes until crispy
