Description
Crispy air-fried chicken wings coated in a sweet and spicy apricot glaze, ready in just 30 minutes.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings, split at joints
- 1/2 cup apricot preserves
- 2 tbsp hot sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Pat wings dry with paper towels.
- Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika in bowl. Toss wings with spices.
- Air fry at 400°F for 15 minutes, flip, then cook 10 more minutes.
- While wings cook, heat apricot preserves, hot sauce and soy sauce in small pan over medium heat until smooth.
- Toss cooked wings in glaze and serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, pat wings very dry before seasoning.
- Adjust hot sauce amount to control spice level.
- Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing if desired.
