Ingredients
- 1 cup red lentils
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Blend lentils, olive oil, spices, and water into a smooth paste.
- Spread the paste thinly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy.
- Let cool, then break into chips.
