Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss potato slices with olive oil in a large bowl.
- Mix all spices in a separate bowl.
- Sprinkle spice mixture over potatoes and toss to coat evenly.
- Arrange potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy, flipping halfway.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
